Prospective authors are invited to submit a 250-word length abstract on the website no later than 15th July. Local PC members will shortly review them and notify authors of the review results on the 30th July. Authors with accepted abstracts should submit the full manuscript of more than six pages by the 15th Aug. Full manuscript should be in a single column format on 21cm x 29.7cm A4 size paper. Authors are advised to follow the Springer styled paper format and to refer to the samples below. The submitted papers are subject to a rigorous peer review by at least two referees for their technical and practical contributions. They will recommend a presentation type to authors. Papers should describe original research results, be not published elsewhere before.
