Submission Guidelines for Authors

Prospective authors are invited to submit a 250-word length abstract on the website no later than 15th July. Local PC members will shortly review them and notify authors of the review results on the 30th July. Authors with accepted abstracts should submit the full manuscript of more than six pages by the 15th Aug. Full manuscript should be in a single column format on 21cm x 29.7cm A4 size paper. Authors are advised to follow the Springer styled paper format and to refer to the samples below. The submitted papers are subject to a rigorous peer review by at least two referees for their technical and practical contributions. They will recommend a presentation type to authors. Papers should describe original research results, be not published elsewhere before.

Step 3: Final Manuscript Submission

Once formatted accordingly, full paper can be submitted at the link below:

  • Required Documents 3 Total
  • 1) Final PDF file for the digital conference proceedings
  • 2) LATEX sources or MS Word file optionally for editing papers.
    Convert the editable files into a compressed file; .rar or .zip
  • 3)Signed consent to publish form in pdf. Choose ONE of the "Consent to publish" forms below as your paper's review result.

Step 4: Pre-registration

At least one author of each paper must register for the conference in order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. Read the registration information at the link below:
