Registration Information

Online registration will be available in October. Please read carefully below before registration. At least one author of accepted paper is requested to pay for registration fee to publish a paper in LNME or CCIS of Springer. The registration fee is only for one paper. Additional paper should be paid for student registration fee.

Conference registration fee includes program booklet, welcome reception, refreshment breaks, and lunches. Students must present a proof of their student status at the registration desk.

Payment Information

Registration payment should be made only in U.S Dollars and by bank wire or credit card. All bank handling charges should be paid by the registrants. Authors with accepted papers should make pre-registration fee no later than 30th November 2018, so as to include their papers in technical program and conference proceedings.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be made unless a written request for cancellation is received after Nov 30, 2018. All refunds are subject to a 50% cancellation fee prior to Dec 1. Appropriate refund will be made after the conference
